Position Summary:

At NAVEX, we are offering a 9-week Strategy Analyst Internship in Summer 2024. You will get the opportunity to work with subject matter experts and thought leaders who will provide industry insights and hands-on learning experiences.

This is not your typical internship program of doing menial, tedious tasks. You'll gain firsthand experiences in a rapidly growing, innovative SaaS (software as a service) company unlike any other.
 

• Receive a robust on-boarding and training experience as well as on-going feedback throughout the program

• Virtual social events to network with fellow interns and NAVEX leaders

• Talent Talks to cultivate your professional skills through interactive workshops (e.g. Networking Techniques, Interviewing Best Practices, and more)

• Carry out interesting, hands-on tasks while developing a capstone project to present at the conclusion of the program

What You Will Do:

• Perform market and competitive analysis for competitors and mergers and acquisition

• Perform research and support international pricing and packaging analysis for competitors

• Based on internship experience, provide feedback that may positively impact customer and employee experience, and support organizational efficiency

What You Will Need:

• An interest in business or economics

• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, with solid Excel skills (pivot tables, logic formulas, linking, etc.)

• An analytical mindset with both quantitative and qualitative skills

• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and an inquisitive nature; having a desire to understand the business behind the numbers will contribute to your success

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently

• Flexibility to adjust to a dynamic work environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
