Job Description
This position will oversee Well-being and Risk Management, with a large portion of this area being focused on overseeing the Standards Program, managing the collection, review, and reporting of annual assessments of chapter development, as well as working with chapters and councils to develop and maintain academic and education-focused success to increase the holistic student experience. The second area of focus will be program management with a large focus on tail-end programming for new members and graduating seniors, as well as chapter advisors. The third area of focus for this position is marketing with a design-centered approach to social media, external publication, and video production. The fourth area is student advising with oversight and guidance of two councils and the chapters that fall under those councils, ensuring success for all students and groups that fall under their purview. Council development will focus on working with student leaders to develop skills and abilities needed to lead and guide their student organization and represent the university to the fullest. The fifth portion of this role is administrative, ensuring office functions are developed and maintained with a service to the university on committee work as well as collaborations. The last area of this position is supervision, as this role will supervise both an undergraduate intern and a graduate intern.
