As a Senior Learning Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be the driving force behind the development and implementation of innovative learning solutions that enhance employee performance and engagement. Your role involves collaborating with various teams to identify learning needs and creating tailored training programs that foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
You will work out of Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule and will be reporting to the Director of Learning .
In this role, you will significantly impact the organization by fostering a culture of continuous learning, improving employee capabilities, and supporting career development initiatives across the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Manage top-talent learning programs that support the growth of high potential leaders.

Lead meetings and training sessions to engage with leaders/stakeholders and to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement using strong data analysis skills.

Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts/leaders to organize sessions and schedules.

Communicate with participants, leaders, and program sponsors regularly.

Create enterprise learning content to support program delivery, including courses, newsletters, decks, and communications.

Ensure all details related to program management are cared for (tracking completions in the learning management system, budget management, ordering supplies, etc.)

YOU MUST HAVE
-
3 plus years of experience in HR, learning and development and/or a related field.

Strong communication, project management, and attention to detail.

Experience in facilitating meetings in various formats (in-person, virtual).

Experience with learning management systems.
WE VALUE

Bachelor's degree in education, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience in designing and implementing training programs in a corporate environment.

Strong presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience with e-learning development tools.

Instructional Design / Learning Experience Design Skills.

Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) Experience.
