The Grant Writer for Agape Acres will seek out appropriate grant opportunities, and work with the executive director to apply for various grants (from start to finish). Agape Acres is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that serves vulnerable and special needs youth. 

Grant opportunities that Agape Acres may apply for are those whose interests are serving underserved and vulnerable youth including youth in foster care, youth who've experienced complex trauma, youth adopted out of care, youth struggling with depression and/ or anxiety, youth at risk for sex trafficking, and youth with special needs (autism, Down Syndrome, various mental and physical diagnosis).  We seek to use rescue horses in our program, so we may also seek grants in the animal rescue/ animal sanctuary arena as well.
