Our vision is to create a generation of well-equipped 21st century learners. We partner with 36 Title 1 schools within Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, namely elementary and middle schools, to provide free, high-impact STEAM programming during after school hours onsite at the schools and within community sites. We offer two flagship programs: STEAMLab: Out of school time STEAM programming to K-8 grade children through STEAMLab in a learning-by-doing environment. Students engage with our Digi-Bin curriculum - lessons featuring real-world, hands-on experiences, problems to solve, and the opportunities to devise a solution. Students build collaborative robots through the FIRST LEGO League framework, combining building, hardware, and coding.
