We are looking for someone who is interested or has experience in commercial property accounting. Learn full cycle accounting as you grow with our company!

Property Accountant duties include

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Record monthly adjusting and accrual entries
• Track asset additions and disposals and record depreciation/amortization
• Monitor daily cash balances
• Process capital calls and distributions to investors
• Prepare quarterly financial statement analysis with variance reporting
• Distribute financials to lenders/investors with Controller and/or CFO approval
• Annual tax return preparation
• Annual budget preparation

We are looking for someone with an Accounting Degree, preferably Masters/CPA Candidate.

Experience in commercial property accounting is a plus!

Must be proficient in Excel.
