• Develop comprehensive knowledge of all treatments offered
• Educate customers about the health benefits of treatments
• Demonstrate high level of customer engagement
• Give Tour of Studio to new customers
• Ensure QC standards are followed
• Seek senior staff member guidance for customer conflict

Operations

• Know all policies and procedures
• Administer all treatments:
  • Cryotherapy
  • Infrared Sauna
  • Salt Therapy
  • Compression Therapy
  • Light Therapy
• Reset all treatment rooms following procedures outlined in handbook
• Complete Treatment Room Deep Clean following procedures outlined in handbook
• Complete Opening and Closing Studio Checklists
• Answer phone enquiries
• Know all pricing plans and upcoming promotions
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations
• Ensure uniform is clean, fresh, and adheres to company policy
• Take frequent Check Walks throughout studio to ensure all treatment rooms are clean and reset
• Manage Laundry
