Your Opportunity
You will work on the Operational Portal project as a member of Hosting Hub agile team.
The Operational Portal is a FOLIO hosting tool developed to enhance efficiency and simplify the operational tasks of the FOLIO hosting team. Its primary functions include:

Real-time insights into the health and performance of hosted environments.

Tracking and logging versions deployed for each tenant

Self-service tools for customers and hosting engineers to perform common diagnostic tasks without needing specialized expertise

Reporting to provide insights into tenant usage patterns for better resource allocation.

Streamlining communication with customers
This is an ongoing project, and the new team member will be joining a small, established team of developers.
This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories)
What You'll Do
You will be welcomed as a member of Hosting Hub Team that consists of 3 developers, a Product Owner and a Scrum Master. Our team enjoys the flexibility and greater work life balance working remotely offers. There will be ample resources, tools, training, and support to ensure your success as a software developer. Your responsibilities will include:

Design, develop, test and deploy various features of the Operational Portal

Develop unit- and integration tests with junit and Karate frameworks
-
Participate in all agile activities and ceremonies of the team, including daily standups, sprint planning sessions, story refining and estimating sessions, and retrospectives.
About You
-
You should be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in any STEM discipline
-
You should be skilled in Java and/or Javascript/REACT or both development.

You should have working knowledge of creating unit- and integration tests
-
You should have working knowledge with AWS services
You should have working knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodology
As part of the EIS Summer Intern Program, interns receive a dedicated orientation program starting on June 2 nd and participate in enrichment and training events with fellow interns across the company. Pay Range
USD $22.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr.
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location.
