Job Description

Summary:

 

The Account Executive plays a key role in optimizing customer satisfaction, relationships, and contract retention.  Activities include but are not limited to: registering all new and renewal service agreements in Salesforce CRM; consistent customer outreach 120 and 90 days prior to contract expiration; deliver renewal quotes as needed;  manage the portfolio of active service contracts and work toward a 94%+ retention rate;  analyze cost performance for each expiring agreement; analyze future cost projections based on past performance; validate all active contracts have a corresponding record in Salesforce CRM; redline key contract details and enter pertinent information in Salesforce CRM; work directly with General Manager and Vendor Service Manager; manage the onboarding process with new customers; and assist Vendor Service Operations with overflow service requests and service coordination. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage portfolio of active service contracts to ensure >94% retention
  • Register all new and renewal service agreements in Salesforce CRM
  • Routine customer outreach to secure “intent to renew” notice 120 and 90 days prior to expiration
  • Work with Vendor Service Manager as needed to handle overflow service coordination requests
  • Validate Salesforce CRM data with awarded contracts
  • Gather loss performance information to establish renewal strategy
  • Track new customer and renewal customer onboarding process for completion
  • Ensure all site level POCs are validated to facilitate service operations
  • Continually populate and update Salesforce modules for accuracy

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

Ability to work from Nexus Group’s Headquarters 8:30am – 5pm with a one-hour lunch.  Ability to work independently in a remote environment if requested and travel occasionally (no more than two times a year) as directed by manager.   

Detail-oriented with exceptional customer service, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize most critical tasks while meeting all deadlines. 

Ability to use CRM Application (Salesforce) and Microsoft business applications.
