This candidate will be a member of the Talent Center (TC) team supporting the Strategy & Business Development (S&BD) organization. This is an exciting opportunity to lay the foundation for a concept that didn't exist before 2025. The Talent Center is establishing a framework for all S&BD functions that will ensure employees have the necessary skills, knowledge, and growth capacity to drive business expansion. The activities enabled by the S&BD TC will directly impact the team's ability to identify and qualify key talent to support ongoing business development activities. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment that continuously challenges a multitasker. Each day presents new responsibilities, eliminating monotony and providing the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of initiatives and activities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

? Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Leadership to gather organization data

? Project management tasks to include, but not limited to: keeping the team on track to meet deadlines and execute deliverables, scheduling meetings and events, gathering data for project status updates and creating executive level briefings on PowerPoint, various data entry tasks, crafting communications to all levels of Leadership, etc.

? Be involved with the creation and maintenance of deliverables such as: a monthly newsletter, website, employee Talent Hub database, coordination of in-person workshops, etc.

? Identify, develop, and implement process improvements

? Interact with high level leadership

Basic Qualifications:

? Currently enrolled in a Business, Operations, Supply Chain or similar background.

? Experience leading a project from concept to completion

? Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively and on time

? Proficient user of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

? Willing to interact and communicate with stakeholders at all levels (to include high level Leaders)

? Ability to self-manage projects to closure

? Manages to deadlines

? Customer service mindset

? Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others

? Written and verbal communication skills

? Experience in using Tableau or other similar tools (ex: PowerBI)

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: Part-Time as assigned by leader

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $31,616 - $77,788. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
