FWS: Movie Theater Attendant

Theater attendants are responsible for delivering direct support and customer service within the Student Union Theater, including tasks such as student, faculty, staff and patron check in and oversee weekly movie screenings. In addition to front-facing duties, they perform technical functions essential to theater operations. This includes operating equipment such as the projector, cinema player, Mac systems, Blu-ray player, DirectTV cable box, and audio systems including speakers and soundboards. Theater attendants are also expected to help coordinate theater operations, assist patrons, resolve technical issues as they arise, and ensure all equipment is operated safely and according to established procedures to maintain a high-quality experience.
