VOLT Advanced Facilitators support Venture Outdoor Leadership programs, including adventure trips and team building. They are responsible for the risk management and safety of technical aspects of programming, including rescues for the high ropes course and managing the zipline platform. 

They work within a leadership team to support the physical and emotional safety of participants and co-leaders; instruct experience-based lessons in their area of focus; facilitate conversations before, during, and after programs between participants and co-leaders; give and receive feedback regularly, including to and from supervisors, peers, and participants.
