What You Will Do:

  • Support Key Projects: Assist with the planning, execution, and evaluation of end-to-end product design and research initiatives focused on improving the parent post signup experience across devices that align with the department’s goals.
  • Create Impactful Content: Design, develop, analyze, and iterate materials such as research plans, interview scripts, synthesized insights, journey audits, usability findings, wireframes, prototypes, and ship ready design deliverables.
  • Contribute to Strategy: Participate in strategic discussions and contribute ideas related to UX, product design, behavioral research, product led growth decision-making, and activation improvement strategies.
  • Build Your Portfolio: Gain hands-on experience in user research, funnel analysis, cross-device experience mapping, mobile/desktop design, hypothesis development, and end-to-end product design ownership. You’ll have the chance to work on real-world projects that will strengthen your professional portfolio.
  • Analyze and Learn: Track data, analyze outcomes, review funnel behavior, synthesize research, and validate usability findings, helping us refine and improve key processes or projects.

What You Will Gain:

  • Learn from experienced professionals in the field of product design, UX research, behavioral science, and product led growth.
  • Gain experience with quantitative funnel analytics, qualitative research interviews, usability testing, cross-device UX evaluation, and design tools used for iteration and delivery.
  • Develop a deeper understanding of D2C activation, parent and child mental models, the early engagement funnel, and how thoughtful UX design directly contributes to company success.

What We Are Looking For:

  • An excitement for product design, UX research, behavioral design, or digital product strategy and a desire to grow professionally.
  • Whether through coursework or previous experience (1–4 years), you’re eager to apply your knowledge in a real-world setting.
  • Ability to approach challenges with creative, solution-oriented thinking.
  • Enrolled in or completed a degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Product Design, UX Design, Cognitive Science, Psychology (with UX/product focus), or related fields.

  • Networking Opportunities: Build valuable relationships with fellow interns and professionals across the company.
  • Resume-Boosting Experience: You’ll leave the internship with tangible skills, projects, and experiences that will enhance your future career.
