Sales & Operations Manager

Job Summary

PWG is seeking to fill a position for an Operations & Sales Manager.    We are expanding the company to included onsite dewatering services. We currently couples the assets from Pinnacle Waste Group and the labor pool from Pinntech Solutions to bid and execute mobile dredging and sludge dewatering services.  The position requires the candidate participate in a wide array of tasks ranging from office based work, travel, and participating in the design and manufacturing of assets.

Accountabilities & Skills

• Assist in developing marketing and web based sales
• Very strong mechanical skills in order to learn the equipment operations
• Willingness to travel extensively for job bids and to participate in the set up and execution of jobs.
• Strong skills in technical proposal writing, bidding formats and budgeting. Competence with MS Word & MS Excel is a must.
• Proficiency with Solid Works 3D CAD is mandatory
• Technical drawing interpretation
• Develop job mobilization and execution plans.

Additional Beneficial Skills

• Knowledge of 3-phase electrical and control voltage
• Knowledge of water pumping operations
• Welding / Fabrication
