Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Roofing Technician to join our team starting off on a part-time basis, with the opportunity for it to turn into a full time position. The ideal candidate will possess a background in roofing, handyman work, or other similar construction work. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The Technician will be responsible for installing a spray on roof coating and roof repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform roof rejuvenation applications, small roof repairs, fascia repairs, and oversee roof replacement crews.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various roofing work. Experience with a metal break is beneficial.
• Read and interpret work orders and repair instructions to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Drive a company vehicle to job sites. Experience pulling a trailer is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in roofing, metal work, and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
