Monarch NC, a provider of high-quality and trauma-informed care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness and substance use disorders, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Charlotte, NC. 

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide direct and indirect services, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, to children and adolescents in need of crisis assessment, injection clinic, or outpatient services.  You will perform clinical intakes with individuals requesting services, coordinate with screening/referral and individuals to ensure continuity of care.  You will also schedule individuals for crisis and assessment services and triage individuals who present with emergent medical and/or psychiatric problems.

To qualify, candidates must have the following: 

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Candidates must be a North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• At least 1 year of post-graduate experience working with children and/or adolescents with mental health or substance use issues is preferred.
