Monarch NC — a trusted provider of high‑quality, trauma‑informed services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness, and substance use disorders — is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Team Lead for our Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC) in Raleigh, NC.

Work Schedule:

• Friday (12pm-8pm), Saturday (8am-5pm), and Sunday (8am-5pm)

What You’ll Do

As the Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth clinical operations and exceptional customer experience. In this position, you will:

• Support the Program Director with daily oversight of clinical services at the BHUC.
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments for individuals seeking urgent behavioral health support.
• Ensure an outstanding experience for all individuals and families — in the lobby, on the phone, and throughout their care.
• Monitor wait times, customer satisfaction, and workflow efficiency.
• Provide real‑time guidance and support to staff to keep operations running effectively.
• Serve as the on‑site clinical leader when the Program Director is not present.

What You Need to Qualify

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a crisis management setting or crisis response role
• At least 1 year of experience working with children, youth, or adolescents in a crisis setting
• Supervisory experience is preferred but not required
