Job Description

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an analyst, supporting all aspects of the business across both investment and non-investment functions. The successful candidate will have a passion to learn and desire to make an immediate impact. The individual in this position will be an active contributor to the investment process, including through sourcing and evaluating hedge fund managers and other private investment opportunities and by helping to monitor the existing portfolio of investments. The analyst will also play a key role in critical operating functions of the Firm including overseeing accounting and other financial reporting requirements, helping to ensure compliance with regulatory responsibilities, assisting with investor services and client communications, and continuously evaluating and optimizing operational processes to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the sourcing, evaluation, and due diligence of hedge fund managers and other private investments.
• Assist with quantitative analytical processes to evaluate current and prospective hedge funds and oversee the collection, management and analysis of data throughout the investment process.
• Actively participate in investment meetings and calls, taking detailed notes and synthesizing insights.
• Oversee and administer the organization’s regulatory compliance program with the assistance of the Firm’s Chief Compliance Officer and external compliance consultant.
• Manage the Fund accounting function and oversee and support third party service providers including the Fund administrator, auditor, and tax advisor to provide accurate and timely financial reporting to investors.
• Provide exceptional support and service to investors by handling investor questions and assisting in the preparation of investor communications.
• Ensure smooth operations while managing workflows to drive efficiency and reduce operational risk.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus. (Recent Graduate or December-24 Graduate preferred)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of financial concepts and investment principles.
• Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis; advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
• Prior experience in finance, investment analysis, or asset management is preferred but not required.
