Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and engaging Associate Solutions Consultant to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you will play a critical part in bridging sales and engineering, supporting customers with technical expertise in radar technology, and helping drive success in pre- and post-sales engagements.
The successful candidate will excel in building relationships and communicating effectively while demonstrating strong technological knowledge, enabling them to engage confidently with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to innovative sensing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Assist the Sales Manager in designing and executing in-person and remote demonstration strategies.
- Act as a key technical advisor and product expert to develop strong prospect and client relationships.
- Provide tailored product demonstrations and presentations to address customer requirements.
- Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare, and execute on strategic opportunities in complex sales cycles.
- Collaborate with customers to identify challenges and recommend effective solutions.
- Contribute to the creation of a customer success/support portal using external software tools and generate associated tracking reports.
- Represent MatrixSpace at trade shows and marketing events,
Technical Liaison:
- Communicate customer feedback and technical requirements to engineering teams.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for both customers and internal stakeholders.
Product Expertise:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of MatrixSpace radar systems, including their capabilities and applications.
- Support pre-sales activities by preparing proposals, technical presentations, and documentation.
- Collaborate on RFX responses, highlighting MatrixSpace’s unique value and addressing customer needs.
Implementation Support:
- Assist with deploying and configuring radar solutions at customer sites to ensure seamless integration.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex challenges to the engineering team.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on advancements in radar technology and competitor solutions to enhance customer recommendations.
- Gather and report customer feedback and market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
Strong technical aptitude and interest in radar systems, sensors, or related leading-edge technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proven problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset that will support both Commercial, Government and Military clients.
Willingness to travel up to 75% for demonstrations, installations, trade shows, and customer site visits, both domestically and internationally.
Must be a U.S. citizen, with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance if required.
Must have a valid passport and driver’s license.
On-site presence required at our Burlington, MA headquarters.
