Gig: Special Projects
UNC Charlotte Gig Training Program
Gig Internship
Closes on Tuesday, June 30, 2026
Job Description
The Project
The responsibilities are listed, but not limited to the following:
Key responsibilities include:
Systems Integration: Building out and maintaining the 'Streak' CRM to track the pipeline for new school partnerships.
Data Impact Mapping: Managing student and stakeholder data via Alchemer to create year-over-year 'Impact Reports' for school heads.
Knowledge Base Development: Organizing our 'Digital Playbook' in Notion, converting the founder's curriculum and training videos into a standardized manual for new instructors.
Stakeholder Coordination: Managing the digital onboarding process for parents and schools to ensure all compliance and agreements are met prior to program launches.
Learning Experience
The student will gain hands-on experience in Social Entrepreneurship and Operational Strategy. Unlike a traditional internship, they will work directly with the Founder to build a business from the ground up. They will master high-demand software tools (CRM, Data Analytics, and Project Management platforms) and learn how to navigate the complex sales and onboarding cycle of elite independent schools. This role offers a unique look at how DEI-focused educational programming is scaled across state lines, providing the student with a portfolio of tangible systems they built and managed.
Outcomes
By the end of the term, the Special Projects Coordinator will have achieved the following:
A Fully Operational CRM: A documented sales funnel tracking lead generation through to partnership for prospective schools.
The TBR Digital Playbook: A completed, searchable 'Internal Wiki' in Notion that houses all training and curriculum materials.
Automated Impact Reports: A standardized reporting template that pulls data from Alchemer into a professional format for School Heads.
Onboarding Efficiency: A 30% reduction in the time it takes to move a school from 'Signed Agreement' to 'Program Launch' through the use of automated digital forms and checklists.
