Your Opportunity

As the Corporate Learning Editorial Intern, your primary responsibility is to help extend the capabilities of the Corporate Learning content team as we create engaging lifelong and professional development products. You will work collaboratively with the team to develop, implement, and optimize content initiatives and help us further expand our product offerings and understand competitors within the corporate learning space. You will primarily be working on editorial projects, including the editing and publishing of Business Book Summaries and Accel5 proprietary videos.

This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories).

What You'll Do

  • Assist with the creation and posting of new learning content.

  • Edit and format text and/or images using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop to be included in our corporate learning products.

  • Ensure content remains evergreen by updating templates and PDFs using Adobe InDesign.

  • Conduct product and competitive research across a range of corporate learning competitors and products as needed.

  • Perform other tasks as required by the Content Strategy & Operations Manager and Corporate Learning team.

You will be welcomed as an immediate member of the Corporate Learning content team, a smaller subsidiary of the larger EBSCOlearning division which includes over 25 members. EBSCOlearning's mission is to advance lifelong learning and professional development via online products and services that develop practical skills and increase knowledge. About You

  • Full-time student entering the final year of your bachelor's degree (graduating December 2024 or May 2025)

  • 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite

  • 1+ years of experience with Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, and Photoshop

What Sets You Apart

  • Preferably majoring in English, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including practiced editing experience.

  • Ability to work productively in an independent and remote atmosphere.

  • Knowledge of learning products (e.g., content management systems).
