Duties & Responsibilities

• The Procurement Systems Governance team is responsible for oversight of the tools and processes that drive accurate forecasting and replenishment for our Procurement operations.
• Our team manages user interactions with a key forecasting system within the Relex platform, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting a low-touch methodology through opportunity identification and training.
• This work is vital to maintaining the supply chain's balance, helping to ensure products are available when and where they are needed while minimizing inventory opportunities.
• Your day will involve diving into the Relex tool, exporting large sets of data, and identifying opportunities with usage of the tool.
• You'll spend time analyzing data to find root causes of issues, collaborating with your team to brainstorm and implement solutions, and regularly communicating your findings to leadership.
• Your focus will be on ensuring that manual overrides are reduced or maintained at low levels and continuously improving the system's effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Working towards a degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Statistics or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights.
• Basic understanding of supply chain principles, data analytics, or statistics.
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $31.00
