After 6 months, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into sales, supported by an extensive sales training program to ensure your success in client-facing roles. What You’ll Do
Recruiting (First 6 Months):
- Source and engage IT professionals using platforms like LinkedIn, internal tools, and referrals.
- Screen and interview candidates to match them with open job opportunities.
- Coach candidates through the hiring process, from resume building to interview preparation.
- Collaborate with your team to fill positions and deliver exceptional talent to clients.
Sales Development (After 6 Months):
- Participate in an extensive sales training program to develop client management and business development skills.
- Learn to qualify job orders and understand client needs through shadowing and hands-on experience.
- Build client relationships, take ownership of accounts, and drive business growth.
- Partner with leadership to strategize on client development and deliver world-class service.

- Local to the Charlotte, NC area and available for full-time, in-office work.
