Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university OR Associate's/Vocational/Technical degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND One year of experience in maintenance and/or general building construction OR High school diploma or GED AND Two years of experience in maintenance and/or general building construction OR One year of experience at the lower level Construction Spec 1 (FEP050) or position equivalent.
