Job Description
A Charlotte based packaging supplies distributor is seeking an entry level, full time, highly organized, customer service representative to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Efficient processing of customer orders
- Assist customers and sales reps with pricing, lead times, etc
- Customer invoicing
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Time-management skills to respond to customer/sales rep emails and requests promptly
- Teamwork skills to collaborate with representatives and coworkers in other departments
- Work effectively in a business environment, with a focus on high levels of quality and customer service
- Working knowledge of MS Office. Experience in Netsuite a plus!
- This is an in-person position. Our hours are Monday-Friday, 730-430
