Job Description

A Charlotte based packaging supplies distributor is seeking an entry level, full time, highly organized, customer service representative to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Efficient processing of customer orders
  • Assist customers and sales reps with pricing, lead times, etc
  • Customer invoicing
  • Special projects as assigned


Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Multitasking and organizational skills
  • Time-management skills to respond to customer/sales rep emails and requests promptly
  • Teamwork skills to collaborate with representatives and coworkers in other departments
  • Work effectively in a business environment, with a focus on high levels of quality and customer service
  • Working knowledge of MS Office. Experience in Netsuite a plus!
  • This is an in-person position. Our hours are Monday-Friday, 730-430
