FWS: Information Center Specialist

Information Center Specialists are responsible for providing friendly and knowledgeable
customer service to all guests to include but not limited to: providing information to
patrons, assisting visitors with facilities, providing directions and resources to guests
and visitors, answering phone calls and responding to customer needs by coordinating
with the student operations staff.
