The lead student ambassador will assist the Business Services marketing team with organizing students to create engaging digital content for our Twitter, Instagram and Facebook social media platforms.

Job Duties
Attend campus events relevant to parking, transportation, dining, mail, print/copy and/or vending to take videos and photos
Create Facebook and Instagram stories and potential short TikTok videos that market our services on campus
Participate in and assist with Barnes and Noble Charlotte sale photoshoots, including selecting merchandise, working with student models and researching product photography
Perform or learn basic photo editing and enhancement in Adobe’s Creative Cloud
Design simple graphics and animations using native video editing tools in Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and Facebook and/or Adobe’s Creative Cloud
Serve on project-based teams for a range of Business Services initiatives as needed
Communicate with student ambassadors and assign tasks via GroupMe, email and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Send a biweekly student ambassador newsletter via Salesforce Marketing Cloud

This position will give a student real-world digital marketing experience to complement and broaden their portfolio. An enthusiastic attitude and willingness to contribute and lead the implementation of new ideas and learn new skills is a required asset for this position. The person in this position will have a lot of room to create new programming and test out new marketing technologies.
