Job Description

The NAOU Commercial PMO Intern will support the Commercial Leadership function within the North America Operating Unit (NAOU). This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to operations, strategic planning, and enterprise-wide initiatives that directly impact commercial growth.As part of the Commercial Leadership office, the intern will work closely with the function leaders and partners across Commercial, Operations, and Corporate functions to support planning activities, project coordination, leadership communications, and performance tracking. This role is designed for a highly curious, analytical, and proactive student interested in strategy, operations, and consumer-facing businesses.Strategic Planning & Business SupportAssist with business planning activities, including tracking priorities, milestones, and performance indicators (KPIs).Support the preparation of dashboards, reports, and meeting-ready materials for leadership review.Conduct research and synthesize insights to inform strategic discussions and operational decision-making.Project & Program CoordinationSupport cross-functional projects by helping manage timelines, deliverables, and communication routines.Assist in organizing and tracking initiatives to ensure alignment across the team.Help identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for integration across teams or projects.Enterprise & Stakeholder ExposureCollaborate with partners across Commercial, Operations, and NAOU functions.Gain exposure to the Coca-Cola system, including interactions with bottlers, customers, and functional teams.Participate in leadership meetings, intern programming, and learning sessions to build enterprise knowledge.Operational & Administrative SupportSupport day-to-day operations of the Commercial Leadership office, including meeting preparation and follow-ups.Help document processes, ways of working, and learnings to improve efficiency and continuity.Preferred QualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable creating slides, summaries, and executive-ready materials.Highly organized with a demonstrated interest in project management and strategic problem-solving.Curious and analytical; able to synthesize information and 'connect the dots.'Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environment.Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with collaboration tools is a plus.Interest in consumer goods, commercial strategy, leadership, or large-scale organizations preferred.Monthly Salary (undergraduate): $4,506Dates of Internship: May 18 - July 31, 2026Location: Atlanta, GeorgiaLocation(s):United States of AmericaCity/Cities:AtlantaTravel Required:00% - 25%Relocation Provided:NoJob Posting End Date:April 7, 2026Our Purpose and Growth Culture:We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
