What You'll Do: As a Content Creator and Marketing intern, you will play a vital role in developing materials that resonate with our students and reflect the heart of PIMOSH’s mission. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with Our Team: Work closely with dedicated staff to contribute to innovative projects, identify content needs, and share ideas that enhance our programs.
• Creating Educational Content and Materials: Captivating social media content, creating pre-tests and post-tests, designing lesson plans, and engaging blog posts that ignite curiosity and a love for learning.
• Planning Special Events: Assist in organizing and implementing special events that engage the community and promote PIMOSH’s mission, providing students with memorable learning experiences.
• Producing Instructional Videos: Develop informative videos that cater to different learning styles, ensuring our resources are accessible and enjoyable for all students.

Expectations

Clear expectations ensure a fruitful experience for both you and PIMOSH:

• Commitment: Dedicate 5-10 hours per week over 10-12 weeks in the Spring 2025 semester.
• Project Goals: Complete at least five minor and two major content pieces showcasing your creativity and dedication to our mission.
• Special Event (s): Participation in coordinating at least one special Event.
• Final Presentation: Share your work and its impact during a concluding meeting with the PIMOSH team, celebrating your contributions and insights.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, we are looking for passionate and driven individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: Enrolled at UNCC, preferably in a degree program related to Business, Communications, Education, Marketing, Technology, or a similar field.
• Relevant Experience and Skills:
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
  • Previous experience in content creation or digital media is a plus.
  • Exceptional writing and editing abilities, with a flair for creativity and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
