Commander seeks an entrepreneur that is eager and able to lead and grow the company as the founders transition to an advisory role. The founders/investors will be active during the leaders learning curve and augment needed skills well beyond but look to hand over day to day operations for all facets of the business at the point in time the candidate is ready. This is a wonderful and unique opportunity for the right aspiring entrepreneur to experience every aspect of building a valuable and sustainable company under the guidance of leaders with a track record of success.  Responsibilities will include all or part of every aspect of a manufacturing/technology business including but not limited to:

Operations. Day to day management of business operations.

Sales. Recruitment, education, onboarding and ongoing support of new distributors to represent the Commander brand and products. Become the outward "face" of the company.

Marketing. Driving the Commander brand and message through various channels such as social media.

Assembly/manufacturing. Participate in the assembly of access control devices. 

Supply chain optimization. Work with parts manufacturers to obtain needed components at the best possible price.

Fulfilment. Receiving, managing and shipping orders. Managing RMA's (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Financial management. P&L, expense, cash flow and balance sheet management as well as forecasting and modeling the company for growth.

Product management. Synthesizing customer feedback to define future product needs.

Technology management. Directing, implementing and supporting various technologies including the website, payment systems and apps.
