Monarch NC is seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Greensboro, NC. We provide trauma-informed, person-centered care that empowers individuals to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

What You’ll Do:

As a Therapist on our ACT team, you’ll deliver outpatient behavioral health services to individuals of all ages, with a focus on adults. You’ll help clients build meaningful relationships, improve functioning, and achieve personal goals through evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical interviews and psychosocial assessments
• Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using person-centered approaches
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
• Support clients in navigating community resources and building resilience

What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in a Human Services-related field (required)
• North Carolina licensure: LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA, LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT (required)
• 1+ year of experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders (preferred)
