STEAM Chasers is seeking energetic, dependable, and enthusiastic STEAM Coaches to join our after-school team! If you're passionate about working with children and enjoy hands-on learning, creativity, technology, sports, and making a difference, we'd love to meet you.

As a STEAM Coach, you'll help create an engaging after-school experience where students explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math through interactive activities, games, projects, and enrichment experiences.

What You'll Do

• Lead and assist with engaging STEAM activities and projects.
• Supervise and mentor elementary and middle school students.
• Support Homework Success Hour.
• Facilitate recreational games, team-building activities, and outdoor play.
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.
• Encourage creativity, curiosity, collaboration, and leadership.
• Communicate professionally with staff and families when needed.

We're Looking For

• College students or recent graduates pursuing Education, STEM, Computer Science, Engineering, Psychology, Social Work, Child Development, or related fields.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and reliability.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must successfully complete a background check.
