Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a dynamic General Manager 2 to lead food service operations at the Federal Reserve Bank of Charlotte . This is a highly visible, on-site leadership role within a professional, weekday-only environment-ideal for an experienced food service leader who enjoys ownership, client partnership, and team development.
About the Operation
The Charlotte Federal Reserve location features a streamlined, high-quality food program designed to serve employees and special events:

One Café with 3 stations

Breakfast and Lunch service only (Monday-Friday)

Catering operations , including daily business catering and special events
Incentives
Predominately a M-F schedule with occassional evenings and weekends
What You'll Do
As the #1 on-site leader , you will have full responsibility for the success of the operation-overseeing people, performance, and the client experience.
Operational & Financial Leadership

Lead day-to-day café and catering operations with a focus on quality, service, and efficiency

Manage the budget, forecasting, and financial performance of the account

Ensure compliance with Sodexo standards, food safety, and client expectations
Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for the Federal Reserve Bank of Charlotte

Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
-
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service, programs, and overall satisfaction
Team Leadership & Development

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 1 salaried managers and 4 hourly employees

Foster a positive, engaged, and accountable team culture

Support talent development, performance management, and succession planning
