This position is located within USDA Rural Development (RD) under the Office of the North Carolina State Director and serves in a developmental trainee capacity as a Student Trainee (Civil Engineer) under the Pathways Intern Program. This is NOT a remote position. The incumbent will be expected to report to the office located in either Asheboro, Bolivia, Raleigh or Smithfield, North Carolina.
