Appointment Setting Specialist

We’re seeking a Part Time Appointment Setting Specialist to contact local businesses, identify copier lease renewal opportunities, and schedule appointments for our sales team. You’ll work from a list we provide to you- you do not have to find your own leads!

What you’ll do:

• Make outgoing business to business calls using a provided contact list

• Build friendly, professional rapport with decision makers

• Identify copier lease end dates and collect key account details

• Schedule appointments for sales representatives

• Record call outcomes accurately in our software

• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and celebrate wins
