PickUp USA Fitness is currently hiring for a part-time position to provide sales and customer service services at its newest location in Concord, NC. We are looking to fill weekday evening shifts as well as weekend shifts.

Who We Are

PickUp USA Fitness is a fast-growing basketball-focused fitness club. Our unique club provides our members with a full weight-room and cardio area, luxury lounges, shooting machines, and several basketball courts.

We are passionate about delivering an unmatched basketball-focused fitness club experience to our members. To do this, we strive to maintain an immaculately clean club that operates one-of-a-kind basketball related services. One of these services is our Officiated PickUp Games. We run back-to-back-to-back organized 10-minute basketball games with 2 referees daily. In addition, we run a Youth Development League for our youth athletes and offer private training packages to clients looking to take their game to the next level!

Job Expectations

· Proactive sales prospecting for memberships (adults, youth, court rentals, private training)

· Reactive selling

· Greet and check-in all guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression

· Manage phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as necessary

· Collect on past due accounts

· Sell branded merchandise and concessions

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

· Experience in customer-facing position with demonstrated customer-service skills

· Experience in marketing and sales with demonstrated strong communication skills

· Preference for candidates with a love of basketball and/or fitness

Preferred Experience

· Sales experience

· Customer service experience

· Basketball or fitness industry experience

Available Shifts

· Primary shift would be Sundays from 10am - 4pm

· Opportunity to fill in for other sales advisor shifts (weekdays 2-9pm, Saturday 9am-5pm) or as front desk advisor (weekdays 5-9pm, Saturdays 8:30am-12pm)
