Staff Accountant

STAline Waterworks, Inc. is looking for a staff accountant to join our growing company. The staff accountant is responsible for assisting the controller in maintaining the financial records of the company. This is a hybrid position with required on site time as needed by the company as well as remote time available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with month end close duties including:
  • Preparing and posting journal entries
  • Reconciling balance sheet and income statement accounts
  • Income statement fluctuation analysis
• Reporting assistance
• Preparation of monthly/weekly borrowing base reporting
• Weekly cash reconciliations
• External Audit assistance
• Compliance assistance including:
  • Property tax reporting
  • Business licenses
  • Sales tax reporting
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the controller
