Production Technician

Duties

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including power tools and hand tools, ensuring smooth production flow.
• Assist with assembly line tasks, following detailed work instructions to assemble components accurately and efficiently.
• Use forklift trucks to move materials, raw supplies, and finished goods safely within the warehouse or factory floor.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and tools to identify maintenance needs or potential safety hazards.
• Support warehouse operations by organizing inventory, preparing shipments, and managing stock levels.
• Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to factory safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and improve manufacturing processes for increased productivity.

Experience

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with assembly lines, hand tools, power tools, and warehouse operations is ideal.
• Mechanical knowledge or background in operating industrial equipment enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
• Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently on an assembly line while maintaining quality standards.
