Experience Design Co-op (Shoppable Content)

**Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be available from January 20, 2026 through June 5, 2026. We have a hybrid work environment that requires a minimum of three days a week in the office. Please submit your resume including your cumulative GPA. Department/Position Description:
The Shoppable Content domain enhances the content experience for ADUSA customers by creating shoppable experiences aimed at engaging customers. Shoppable Content works heavily with the Retail Media team to develop opportunities for CPGs to sponsor content across on-site channels. The team also works with marketing partners to find strategic opportunities for providing value to customers through rich content, including recipes and video. Develop opportunities to monetize content across on-site platforms, including website and app. This Co-op will help domain leadership strategize ways to engage customers through content, including recipes and video. They will partner with other designers to create shoppable content across domain areas. Similarly, they will work with off-site partners to champion UX best practices for ADUSA customers.
Qualifications:
- Working towards a degree in Design or related field.  
- Figma experience
- Design Portfolio
- Balance business goals with user needs.
- Flexible and adaptable to work in gray areas.
- Desire to reinforce their skills across platforms, including website and app.
- Desire to continue to grow their presentation skills
Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $20.90 - $35.70
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $22.80 - $37.30
