Monarch NC is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our Long Term Services team in Rockingham, NC. We are a leading provider of person-centered care across North Carolina, committed to helping people live their best lives through dignity, respect, and empowerment.

Work Schedule:

• Sunday (7:45pm-8:15am)

What You’ll Do:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of the individuals we support by:

• Delivering medical services and active treatment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Administering and monitoring medications.
• Conducting nursing assessments and implementing interventions.
• Coordinating care with physicians, pharmacies, labs, and other providers to ensure safe and effective treatment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current North Carolina LPN license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with I/DD, mental health diagnoses, or substance use disorders
• Psychiatric nursing experience is a plus, but not required
• A passion for person-centered care and a commitment to empowering others
