• Establish and maintain a primordial germ cell-like cell (PGCLC) differentiation platform in the Hatkevich Lab, including the culture and maintenance of mouse embryonic stem cells (ESCs) and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs)• Perform routine stem cell culture, passaging, and quality control• Genotype mice• Perform immunofluorescence (IF) and assist with imaging on the UNC Charlotte Microscopy Imaging Core instruments• Manage lab ordering, inventory, and reagent preparation, as needed• Maintain lab organization, including upkeep of shared spaces, reagent stocks, and the lab Google Drive• Assist graduate students, postdocs, and the PI with experiments as neededMaintain accurate and detailed records in the lab electronic notebook (LabArchives
