Join PDS Tech Commercial in partnership with a leading HVAC manufacturer to deliver meaningful impact across supply chain operations and aftermarket strategy as a Supply Chain Analyst.

Location: Charlotte, NC | Payrate: $27.04 | Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Analyst (Procurement Associate) , you will play a key role in developing and executing procurement strategies that support a high-performing aftermarket business. This position goes beyond transactional purchasing-you will influence supplier partnerships, cost optimization, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, and product management.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute category strategies for aftermarket HVAC parts aligned with business objectives

• Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

• Drive cost reduction initiatives through market analysis and strategic sourcing

• Collaborate with planning, engineering, operations, and product teams to align procurement strategies

• Establish and monitor supplier KPIs; address performance issues proactively

• Support and influence a cross-functional procurement network and supplier base

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement within large, global organizations

• 3+ years of advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word

• 2+ years of experience with SAP and Power BI

• Ability to travel up to 20% within North America

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering

• 3+ years of experience in aftermarket or resale supply chain environments

• Demonstrated success driving cost savings through sourcing and negotiation strategies

• Strong analytical and market research capabilities

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to present and influence at all organizational levels

• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification

Pay Details: $27.04 per hour
