Join PDS Tech Commercial in partnership with a leading HVAC manufacturer to deliver meaningful impact across supply chain operations and aftermarket strategy as a Supply Chain Analyst.
Location: Charlotte, NC | Payrate: $27.04 | Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
About the Role
As a Supply Chain Analyst (Procurement Associate) , you will play a key role in developing and executing procurement strategies that support a high-performing aftermarket business. This position goes beyond transactional purchasing-you will influence supplier partnerships, cost optimization, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, and product management.
What You'll Do

Develop and execute category strategies for aftermarket HVAC parts aligned with business objectives

Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

Drive cost reduction initiatives through market analysis and strategic sourcing

Collaborate with planning, engineering, operations, and product teams to align procurement strategies

Establish and monitor supplier KPIs; address performance issues proactively

Support and influence a cross-functional procurement network and supplier base
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree
-
2+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement within large, global organizations

3+ years of advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word
-
2+ years of experience with SAP and Power BI
-
Ability to travel up to 20% within North America
Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering

3+ years of experience in aftermarket or resale supply chain environments

Demonstrated success driving cost savings through sourcing and negotiation strategies

Strong analytical and market research capabilities

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to present and influence at all organizational levels

Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification

Pay Details: $27.04 per hour
