Job Description
The Software Engineer is responsible for assisting in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications under the guidance of senior engineers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, contribute to technical solutions, and continuously learn and grow your engineering skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned.

Participate in Scrum ceremonies (team standup, retrospective etc.)

Provide production support, tirage and solve production issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.

Develop business features by designing, developing, and testing software solutions.

Assess current SDP modules by conducting systems analysis and recommending optimizations to make the application more performant/respond to customer needs.

Stay current with emerging technologies and development practices.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
-
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
-
Three or more years of Software Engineering experience with a focus on APIs and system integration.
-
More than 2 years of experience in agile methodologies.
-
Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
-
Knowledge of portal software, design, and development.
-
Strong technical documentation skills.
-
U.S. Citizenship required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
More than 2 years of experience in supporting and triaging customer-facing platforms.

More than 2 years of experience in monitoring tools New Relics, data dog.
-
More than 2 years of experience in linux/unix, SQL, Java, Spring, Python and AWS.

Experience with Palantir.
