Job Description
Front-line Student Services:
- Answers the student center phone line and college group email account.
- Serves as a gatekeeper for student and visitor traffic by answering basic questions and direct more complex inquiries appropriately.
- Coordinates with advisors and faculty to ensure smooth operations.
- Helps coordinate Dean’s Ambassador assignments for various events.
- Assists in planning and executing student professional development events (e.g., career fair preview night).
- Provides administrative support for the Director of Student Professional Development in terms of communicating and coordinating with employers and Dean’s Ambassadors.
- Assists the advising team with graduation audits and the Change of Major/Concentration/Minor processes, issue authorizations / permits to students, schedule and monitor CCI advising center email and help answer general (i.e., not academic advising related) questions.
