Are you creative, hardworking, and looking to gain hands-on experience working on a variety of projects? We appreciate these qualities at CACI and seek an internal communications intern who can contribute fresh ideas, create content, and research industry trends. Interns work collaboratively on teams to conduct research that improves our brand, communications, and strategy. The ideal candidate will partner with the internal communications team to enable strong internal information sharing and creative storytelling to cultivate a compelling, inclusive corporate culture and advance CACI's employee engagement objectives. This role is a hybrid position, with the possibility of being fully remote for the right candidate.

What You'll Get to Do:

  • Support and facilitate strong employee communications for CACI.

  • Work under the direction of the Executive Director, Internal Communications, to help develop CACI's internal global employee communications.

  • Work with other marketing, media relations, events and engagement team members on complimentary campaigns.

  • Support planning and execution of employee communications plans, including:

  • Develop content for CACI intranet and other storytelling opportunities

  • Track and report on the performance of CACI internal content

  • Assist with planning CACI events and webcasts

  • Produce videos or other multimedia content as needed

  • Support and facilitate CACI's communications work around major national security moments and relevant observance days.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program studying Communications, Marketing or related area.

  • Exceptional written and oral skills

  • Curious, fast-learning, and resourceful

  • Organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Sense of teamwork and the ability to execute programs.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated and hardworking

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and industry trends.

  • Knowledge of government and defense industry a plus.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$33,700-$58,100
