Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree - required
• MBA - Required
• Coachable
• Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Ability to lead a team-based environment.
• Sales experience - preferred
• Relationship building and networking abilities.
• FINRA Series 6/63, Series 7 - not required
• Financial Industry background - a plus
• CFP designation - a plus
• Willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC or the surrounding area.
