Kitchen prep at Japanese Steakhouse (Full or Part Time)

So what really ARE responsibilities of a KITCHEN PREP?

·        Bring your positive attitude to work

·        Assist chefs in performing opening and closing duties

·        Clean and wash kitchen utensils and surface in accordance to Health regulation

*       Wash and cut vegetables and meat as needed

*       Prepare orders accurately by plating and arranging all ingredients on respective trays as listed on tickets 

·       Collaborate with other restaurant staff - servers, hosts, and kitchen/bar staff to ensure highest customer satisfaction. 

*       Cooking experience is NOT required

·        Flexible scheduling – you pick your days to commit your shift

·        Fun environment – opportunity to watch the chef perform their tricks

·        Employee discount of 30%

·        Must be available 2 out of 3 weekend nights (Friday thru Sunday)

·        Later shifts - most shifts start at 3:30 for 6 TO 7 hours.

Our starting pay is $13 per hour. Previous kitchen experience a plus but not necessary.
