The brand’s iconic Hot Light lets guests know when doughnuts are being made fresh in shop so they can enjoy hot doughnuts fresh off the line. To make Krispy Kreme’s in-shop experience even sweeter, many shops across the globe feature the brands one-of-a-kind doughnut theater, an immersive, interactive experience through which guests can see Krispy Kreme’s melt-in-your-mouth doughnuts being made right before their eyes.

It’s the sweetest time of year again here at Krispy Kreme! Our 10-week internship is designed for rising juniors, seniors, and grad students looking to make full use of their talents with a hands-on work experience. Throughout your time during our internship program, you will tackle meaningful projects that leave a lasting impact; you will receive support and guidance from your manager along with interaction with members of our Global Leadership Team. Your internship will continue to develop your business acumen and professional skills.

Krispy Kreme’s Finance, Accounting, and FP&A Interns work with Finance partners on various projects within our Support Center and US Shops. You will get exposure to analyzing various workforce and labor metrics with a focus on ensuring that our business continues to trend in the right direction and remain successful financially.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Efficiency projects including KPI development
• Reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Quantify expense savings through a variety of projects
• Assist with analytics on various systems including shop analysis/trends
• Conduct periodic menu analysis
• Evaluate e-commerce profitability

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with Accounting or Finance major or minor.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Strong Excel skillset, familiarity with P&L development.
• Good project management skills.
• Strong WebEx or Teams familiarity for online meetings.
• Working knowledge of MS Office to include PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to efficiently work in a hybrid (remote and in-office) environment
• And of course… LOVE DOUGHNUTS!
