The Opportunity:

As a House Manager, you'll oversee daily non-clinical operations, supervise Direct Care Staff, and ensure a positive living environment. This is an excellent chance to apply your human services knowledge and gain practical experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing daily operations (maintenance, food, transport)

• Staff scheduling and shift coverage

• Supervising Direct Care Staff

• Implementing daily routines and house rules

• Facilitating communication among staff, clients, and families

• Managing client records and emergency protocols

• Assisting with incident response and reporting

• Ensuring policy compliance (medication, hygiene)

• Coordinating client transportation

• Managing client personal funds

Qualifications:

• Meets NC DHHS Associate Professional (AP) requirements (e.g., Bachelor's in human services or related experience as per 10A NCAC 27G .0104).

• Experience working with youth in a structured setting.

• Strong organizational, communication, and crisis response skills.
