**Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be available from May 26, 2026, through August 14, 2026. Duties & Responsibilities

The ADUSA Accounting department is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, transparency, and efficiency for our great local brands. Accounting manages the day-to-day financial transactions, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and supports strategic decision-making through detailed financial reporting. By maintaining precise records and monitoring cash flow, the department helps sustain profitability and supports growth and stability across the organization. Within the Accounting team, Accounting Governance provides support, resources, and guidance on policy, controls, and compliance to ensure that Accounting has the information they need to succeed.

During the internship, our intern will experience multiple areas within Accounting & Finance to build an understanding of what the different teams do. Interns will work on process enhancements, data cleansing, and day to day transactional activities, among other tasks.

Qualifications

• Working towards a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, etc.

• Knowledge of Financial Principles (i.e. Accounting, financial statements, financial analysis)

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite

• Proficiency in Data Analytics

• Strong Communication Skills

• Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $31.00

IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $20.00 - $34.20
